Boylan’s take on a Hawaiian classic. An 8 oz. Wagyu Beef patty served on Basmati rice, topped with a sunny-side-up egg, fried onion straws, and our own gravy made using Champion Missile IPA and a wild mushroom blend.

Served with a side of kale lightly sautéed in Bold Rock IPA.
